Dianthus Ideal Select Rose 6"

Dianthus Ideal is a charming annual known for its vibrant flowers in shades of pink, red, and white, which bloom profusely from spring to early summer. Its compact size and sweet scent make it a perfect choice for borders, containers, or as a ground cover in your garden.

Reaching a height of 6–10 inches and spreading about 10–12 inches wide, Dianthus Ideal thrives in full sun, where it can produce its colorful blooms. It is cold-tolerant down to 20°F, making it suitable for the mild winters of Southern Louisiana. This plant prefers well-drained soil and should be watered regularly, allowing the soil to dry slightly between waterings to prevent root rot.
